the item came in a crushed box and the filter is smashed and unusable. I would like a replacement but having a hard time finding a way to request. Please advise

The product fit perfectly that was broken on my vacuum.

The part works great. No tracking # was provided and it took 10 days to arrive.

My first attempt to order was unsuccessful, due to Oraimo error which they told me via email and suggested that I order again. I did order again and got the Metal Filter in a few days with no problem. It was the correct part and is now in the vacuum and being used daily.
